Since it is an inn facility, we anticipated that many of our guests would be tourists, so we devised a way to make the Tokyo landmark Sky Tree visible from inside.

The floor plan has been changed to create independent guest rooms on each floor so that each guest room can enjoy a view of the Sky Tree, and we have created an interior that looks like a new building. We also had a budget with the customer, so we had many meetings to come to an agreement.
