We introduce and broker any type of real estate, including housing for individual customers such as compartmentalized condominiums and detached houses, as well as income-generating properties such as stores, offices, single-unit income buildings, and apartments.
Through our offices in Taiwan and Hong Kong, we have a track record of dealing with customers in over 50 countries, and we also conduct transactions with overseas investors.

Share house management ~ “WAMARE KIKUKAWA Share House” ~

We design, renovate, and change the use of the 2nd to 4th floors of a 4-story building that we own, and operate the building ourselves.

Located in Kikukawa, Sumida Ward, this is a share house based on the concept of "living with your pet."
The first floor is operated as an inn called WAMARE KIKUKAWA HOTEL, and even though it is a single building, it is a property that is operated for multiple purposes.

Property with a large leased area that had been vacant for a long time has been divided into sections, some of which have been converted into storage rooms, and are now being operated by our company.
