Full renovation of an apartment building in Nakadai, Itabashi Ward that cannot be rebuilt.
Architectural Design
The main openings of all rooms were installed facing the park side, and the floor plan was changed to face south. By turning the south-facing common hallway into a balcony for each unit, we have created a way to protect privacy while still letting in plenty of sunlight and enjoying views of the park.

Initially, the floor plan was 10 small units, but by changing it to 5 units and making the central unit a maisonette type, we expanded the options available to customers.
