The spaces on each floor are made independent and can be used for a variety of purposes, including housing, rentals, stores, and inns. By staying at the rooftop (4th floor) level, you can see the Sky Tree. The rooftop can also be used as a rooftop garden, making it possible to use the roof for multiple functions even in a small house.

We planned to make the most of the narrow 25㎡ land and turn it into a three-story two-family house. The interior is decorated in white to give the space a spacious appearance. The use of each floor, including the rooftop garden, residential units, kitchen, and inn, was arranged vertically.
