解決事例: Due to its proximity to the railway, installing louvers on the exterior walls helps diminish the compact impression and mitigate the drawbacks of a small-sized residence. Louvers have been planned to serve as a privacy screen for the balcony area. "Given the high foot traffic on the road ahead, making it a noticeable area, we've opted for brighter colors for the louvers and slightly darker hues for the exterior walls to enhance visibility." We have planned to expand the Living-Dining-Kitchen area as much as possible and provide three bedrooms, aiming to meet the demands of families. While maintaining a brighter specification, both the exterior and interior design have been planned to evoke a slight sense of Japanese modern atmosphere.
